There could be a number of causes, including an invalid password, an inaccurate server choice, or an incorrect MT4 login number.
Messages such as "invalid account," "authorization failed," and "unauthorized" will appear if you are unable to connect to the MT4 platform.
Please make sure to choose either demo.hugosway.com when logging into your demo account or live.hugosway.com for your live trading account.
Try changing your MT4 password if the server selection is not the problem. You must follow these procedures in order to reset your MT4 password:
1. Log in to your customer profile at Hugo's Way.
2. Please choose "Trading Accounts" from the left-side menu after logging in.
3. Choose "Reset Password" after selecting the "Padlock" icon next to the relevant account.
