What is the withdrawal process if I use Bitcoin to deposit?

If you deposit by Bitcoin (BTC) or Debit/Credit Card to purchase Bitcoin via a 3rd party platform - you would need to send that same amount of Bitcoin (BTC) back to your Bitcoin (BTC) Wallet address before using any alternative withdrawal methods as part of our closed-loop policy.
Alternative methods would also require your Account to be fully verif via our KYC Verification process.
- Please only enter a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address.
- Ensure you enter the exact Bitcoin (BTC) address of your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet.
- We DO NOT send to Bitcoin Cash (BCH) wallet addresses.
- If you deposit via Debit/Credit Card it must be sent back to a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address.
Due to the digital currency protocols, once the transaction is processed it can neither be canceled nor reversed. Providing incorrect details may result in the loss of funds that are transferred.
We aim to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Once processed it can take 1-3 hours or as soon as 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain before the funds will be available in your BTC wallet.
You can monitor and search your transaction on: blockchain.info
