Before you start the KYC verification process by clicking on the "Documents" tab on the left hand side, please make sure you have your valid ID document prepared along with a proof of address document dated within the last 3 months.


We suggest you check the expiry date on the ID document that you are going to upload due to when the ID document expires, you will need to complete the KYC process again.


The following are required to be fully KYC verified:
  • Proof of ID
  • Proof of Address 


To activate alternative deposit methods, we require you to follow the KYC (Know your Customer) procedure. 

If you do not complete this process, you will not be able to use PayRedeem as a payment method.
